1. Our Commitment

• At SYNAPSE CORE, we provide high quality supplements with a delivery service to match. All orders are dispatched in durable, recyclable, and discreet packaging to ensure your supplements arrive in peak condition. Our products require a Small Parcel format; it may not fit through all standard letterboxes. Please ensure a safe place is designated if you are not home.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). We are working on expanding to international destinations in the near future.

3. Shipping Rates & Subscriber Benefits

We offer a simplified, transparent shipping structure:

• Standard One-Time Purchase: A flat rate of £4.50 applies to all individual orders under 2kg.
• Subscriber VIP Delivery: All active subscriptions qualify for FREE Standard Shipping automatically, regardless of order value. This is our commitment to supporting your long-term performance goals and for being part of the Inner Core.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Estimates

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT will begin processing the following business day.
• Delivery Estimate: We utilize Royal Mail Tracked 48®. Once dispatched, your package typically arrives within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

5. Subscription Logistics

• Frequency: Your subscription will be processed and shipped automatically based on your chosen frequency (e.g., every 30 days).
• Management: You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

6. Returns & Missing Packages

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@synapsecore.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including the cost of return postage if required.

• Unwanted Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns for unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
