1. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
To ensure you never miss a beat in your health regimen, we offer convenient subscription options powered by Appstle.
- How it Works: When you choose a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on your selected frequency. Your payment method is stored securely, and you will be charged automatically at each interval until you decide to pause or cancel.
- Total Control: You are never "locked in." You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Account Portal.
- Notifications: We value transparency. You will receive an email confirmation for every recurring charge, which also includes a direct link to manage your subscription settings.
2. Your Statutory "Right to Cancel"
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no questions asked.
To exercise this right, simply complete our digital Right to Cancel Form. This is the fastest way to alert our fulfillment team and secure your refund.
3. Order Cancellations (Standard Purchases)
We move fast to get your supplements into your hands.
- Before Shipment: If you need to cancel a standard order before it has left our warehouse, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been fulfilled by our logistics partners, it can no longer be "cancelled" in transit. In this case, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy to return the unopened product once it arrives.
4. No Hidden Traps
We do not use "subscription traps." There are no hidden fees for cancelling, and no "minimum commitment" periods unless explicitly stated on a specific promotional offer. Your trust is our highest priority.
